2024 Appeals Enrollment: November 13th – 17th

THIS IS YOUR FINAL OPPORTUNITY TO ENROLL OR MAKE

CHANGES TO YOUR BENEFITS FOR THE 2024 PLAN YEAR.

Employees who DID participate in the 2024 Open Enrollment:

  • If you did participate in the 2024 Open Enrollment, this is your final opportunity to make changes to your 2024 benefits.

Employees who DID NOT participate in the 2024 Open Enrollment:

  • If you didn’t participate in the 2024 Open Enrollment, this is your final opportunity to enroll for benefits effective January 1, 2024. Your and your dependents’ current benefits will terminate on December 31, 2023, with the exception of the Disability (STD buy-up and/or LTD) plan.

  • If you are currently declining healthcare coverage, your opt-out election will terminate on December 31, 2023. You will need to re-enroll in this option through the Employee Portal during the appeals enrollment.

There will be no changes allowed after the appeals enrollment, unless you experience a qualifying Change in Status event.

2024 Open Enrollment: October 16th – November 3rd

 

This is a mandatory Employee Benefits Enrollment for Full-time and Part-time Food Service Employees. If you do not enroll during this open enrollment period, your and your dependents’ current benefits will terminate on December 31, 2023, with the exception of the Disability (STD buy-up and/or LTD) plan. If you do not enroll during this open enrollment period, the following will occur:

  • Your and your dependent’s current Cigna healthcare coverage will terminate on December 31, 2023.
  • Employees enrolled in the Cigna OAP High will experience a slight increase in both employee and dependent premiums.
  • The current Flexible Benefits will continue to be offered for the 2024 plan year with no plan design changes. There will only be a slight rate increase to the UnitedHealthcare PPO dental plans.
  • If you are currently declining healthcare coverage, your opt-out election will terminate on December 31, 2023. If you wish to continue your current declination of healthcare election, you must elect to opt-out by the enrollment deadline and submit the Declination of Healthcare Coverage Affidavit and proof of current other group or state-funded healthcare coverage. Sole submission of these documents does not mean that you have elected to decline healthcare coverage.

In-Person Appointments

You can select the “Annex” if you would like to meet with a Benefits Educator on-site.

    Please be sure to bring any document for new dependents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, or court documents.

Telephonic/Virtual Appointment

You must select a date and time and you will be contacted “Telephonically” by a Benefits Educator at the date and time you selected.

Once your appointment begins, you can complete your enrollment “Telephonically” or via a “Virtual” setting.

Telephonic Appointment

  • Please be sure you are in front of your computer and can log onto SAP. The call will originate from 833-632-7782
  • The benefit educator will utilize the SAP platform to help you through enrollment.

Virtual Appointment

  • Please be sure you are in front of your computer and can log onto SAP.
  • Once your appointment begins, you will be instructed to click the link below.
